June 3rd, 2008Barack Obama has won enough delegates to secure the Democratic Nomination. Obama, the winner of the North Carolina Primary has secured enough delegates already in South Dakota, along with many national super delegates. He surpassed the 2,118 mark around nine o’ clock this afternoon. Mrs. Clinton is expected to concede shortly, though she has threatened to take her fight all the way to the convention. This could be a possibility if Obama does not offer her the Vice Presidential spot. Many believe that there is too much bad blood between the two for this to happen.
