Terms and Conditions:
 
* Accommodates a maximum of 6 people (rates are based on 4 people)
* 50% deposit due at time of reservation
* Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival
* 100% deposit due during holiday periods if reservation is less than a week
 
Fees:
 
* $75 Cleaning Fee
* $30 Hot Tub Sanitization Fee
* Standard security deposit not required with credit card on file
 
Refunds:
 
* Full deposit is refundable with at least 30 days notice (less a $100 processing fee)
* 50% refundable if within 14 days of arrival
* Non-refundable if less than 14 day notice
