Sideways: Stories from Wayside School |
| Desc: |
This will be performed by the Asheville Community
Theatre. By John Olive, adapted from Louis Sachar's
novels. Directed by Cindy Baldwin. Based on the
wildly popular series of children's books by
Louis Sachar, this play brings to life an elementary
school accidentally built thirty stories high
where the oddest things can happen. Wicked teachers
turn students to apples. Public address systems
sprout mouths and tongues and warn of wandering
cows. Missing floors and mythical teachers turn
out to be real and intriguingly intertwined.
Entertaining and engaging! 828-254-1320. |
